Fenris Publishing Digital License Agreement

1. This Digital License Agreement (the "Agreement") is between Fenris Publishing, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, (the "Publisher") and an individual using or seeking to use a Fenris Publishing PDF, E-Book, E-Pub, or other digital product (the "User").
2. The User is seeking to download, or is currently in possession of, a digital copy of any Fenris Publishing product or any product being distributed by Fenris Publishing in the form of a PDF file, E-Book file, E-Pub file, or any similar file format, or a physical printout thereof (the "Product"). By downloading or continuing to use the Product, the User agrees to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
3. The User is authorized to download the Product for personal use only. The User is authorized to make digital copies of the Product on up to 10 unique devices, so long as the User is the owner of all devices, and so long as no more than 1 device is used to view or otherwise utilize the Product at any given time. The User is authorized to create and maintain 1 physical printout of the Product for personal use only.
4. The User is prohibited from distributing digital or physical copies of the Product to other individuals, organizations, or businesses, or to the general public. The User is prohibited from uploading or posting digital copies of the Product on any web site, server, or any other online or cloud service which may be accessed by other individuals or the general public.
5. All copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property rights related to the Product shall remain entirely the property of the Publisher and/or the creator(s) of the Product.
6. If the Publisher determines, at its sole discretion, that the User is in violation of this Agreement at any time, the Publisher may revoke this license without warning or notification. The Publisher shall not be obligated to issue a refund if the license is revoked. The Publisher may, but is not obligated to, seek orders, injunctions, or damages to prevent, and/or to recover losses incurred from, the unauthorized distribution of the Product.
7. This Agreement states the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of the Product and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or representations with respect thereto.
8. The Publisher may, from time to time, update or modify this Agreement.
9. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Agreement as a whole.
10. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona in the United States of America, and the User submits to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona for the resolution of any disputes.
Fenris Publishing Content Policy

1. Fenris Publishing, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, (the "Publisher") sells a variety of literature, visual art, and games (the "Content").
2. Some Content sold by the Publisher contains violence, language, nudity, drug use, sexuality, and other mature content which may be inappropriate for minors.
3. The Publisher requires that all online purchases are made by an adult credit card holder. The Publisher requires proof of age from anyone who appears to be under age attempting to purchase adult Content at conventions or other events.
4. The Publisher provides content ratings to help buyers make informed purchases. While the Publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of these content ratings, the Publisher neither warrants nor guarantees that listed content ratings are accurate. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure materials are appropriate before providing any Content to minors.
5. The Publisher utilizes the following content ratings:
- General: Content with this rating is considered appropriate for most ages. Some content may not be appropriate for young children.
- Mature: Content with this rating may have art and/or literature depicting violence, nudity, and/or drug use. Content with this rating may have literature describing sexual activity and/or inappropriate language. Some Content with this rating may only be appropriate for adults. All Content with this rating is not appropriate for minors under 13.
- Adult: Content with this rating has art and/or literature of sexual activity as well as other mature content. All Content with this rating is only appropriate for adults.

routed to a third party (Square, Inc.) for processing. You can visit

you place an order with us, we may use your Personal Information to send you receipts, confirmations, or

Fenris Publishing Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products: Fenris Publishing does not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any digital products, whether purchased online or in person.
Combination Digital+Physical Purchases: Fenris Publishing often offers combination deals with both the digital and physical versions of the same product for a discounted price. If the customer makes such a purchase, and then cancels, returns, or otherwise refunds the physical product, the customer will not receive a full refund. The refund amount will be the price of the combination deal at time of purchase, less the price of the standalone PDF at time of purchase.
Order Cancellations (Physical Products): Orders for physical products can be cancelled at any time prior to the order being shipped for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once a product has shipped. Order shipping may occur almost immediately after an order is received or may take a day or more.
Online Returns (Physical Products): Fenris Publishing will accept returns for online purchases of physical goods. The customer must first contact Fenris Publishing for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and a 10% restocking fee and will not be refunded the original shipping fee. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (if applicable). If the goods are received by Fenris Publishing in less than original condition or without their original packaging, the restocking fee may be increased up to a maximum of 50% of the product's list price. Refunds will be processed after Fenris Publishing has received the product. Packaging, insurance, and/or tracking for return packages are the customer's responsibility.
Retail Returns (Physical Products): Fenris Publishing will accept same-day or same-event returns for physical products purchased in person. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (if applicable) to receive a full refund.
Replacement: If any product arrives significantly damaged, the customer must contact Fenris Publishing within three days of receiving the order to request a replacement. The customer should be prepared to share pictures of the damaged product and/or damaged packaging. Minor, incidental damage may always occur during shipping. Fenris Publishing will only replace products which have been significantly damaged (at our discretion) during shipping. If a package fails to arrive at all, the customer should contact Fenris Publishing to request a replacement.
